Australian Deliveries
We offer free express shipping Australia wide on all orders.
Available Items - Please allow up to 24 hours to process your order, upon placement (MON-FRI). Initial order confirmation emails are not confirmations of shipping. Once your order has been confirmed, you will receive additional communication regarding shipment. Orders placed over the weekend and/or public holidays, will be processed the next business day.
Made to Order - Timeframes for pieces will vary and are stipulated on their page.
International Deliveries
Orders outside of Australia are shipped via DHL Express (all with signature on delivery).
Please note, prices do not include overseas custom duties or taxes that you may incur. You will be notified at the checkout of the duties and taxes that are payable, and they will then be pre-paid. Duties and taxes are determined by each country's governing border force.
Extra insurance can be added upon request with additional charges. Please contact sales@tohmcollective.com if you wish to have this added.
Returns
Available Items - In order for TOHM to consider your return or exchange eligible, the return request must be raised within 7 days of receipt. The item must be completely unused and unworn and in its original packaging. TOHM reserves the right to refuse any return or exchange if the item appears to be damaged or shows signs of wear, which is judged at the sole discretion of TOHM.
Clients must contact TOHM via sales@tohmcollective.com within the allotted time period or the return will not be accepted. A representative will get back to you within 24 hours during business hours, Monday-Friday. TOHM provides a prepaid return label to ship back returns, in order to ensure insurance and protection on the return package.
Made to Order - Unfortunately we do not offer returns on any made to order items.
